The seller has great customer service and has offered to replace the necklace. I have to change my rating to 5 stars now, because I do love the necklace. The only reason I gave it a low rating initially is because of the missing stone.

I'm very disappointed to say that the diamond in the middle was missing from my necklace. I really love the way this looks, so I'm highly disappointed that I had to return it. Since it's a "fulfillment" by Amazon, I could only get a refund, not an exchange.

Pretty, yes, but small

Just received the pendant, and while indeed it is very pretty, I was surprised by how small it is. It would be good if the listing put in how wide and how long the pendant itself is in inches -- I should have done a better job of converting millimeters into inches!!!

Very well designed, and pretty much exactly what the picture looks like.
My only issue was that the chain is very fine, and it would make a
much better gift with the matching earrings going with it. Overall its

Beautiful piece of jewelry. A little smaller than I expected and the chain is VERY dainty. Came in a pouch, so I got a jewelers box to make a nicer presentation. My girlfriend's birthday is January, so this was a great Christmas gift with the Garnet stone. I'm getting the earrings for her birthday to complete the set. Very pleased with the purchase.

About Diamonds
Diamond Clarity:
No two diamonds are alike. A diamond's most distinguishing characteristics are its inclusions, marks that are often invisible to the naked eye. However, under a jeweler's magnifying loupe or microscope they can look like crystals, tiny rivers, or clouds. A diamond's clarity is determined by the presence or absence of inclusions--fewer inclusions mean better clarity--and how visible they are. The greater a diamond's clarity, the greater its brilliance and value. A diamond categorized as internally flawless will have no inclusions, but this is extremely rare. 
Diamond Color:
Though diamonds come in a wide range of colors, colorless diamonds have traditionally been considered the most valuable. When I initially found this necklace I was searching something that had some diamonds that wasn't too expensive but still would make my wife happy. Thats what I got, she loved it even thought it was smaller then i was expecting she still liked it. The chain is really thin and tangles easily and looks like it could break easily. This may be a problem for some people but it doesn't bother my wife at all, she likes small chains. The pendant itself is a little bit smaller then a dime, and the chain is a little thicker than fishing line. Hope this info helps someone picture it better because the image makes it look a lot bigger. The chain can easily be swapped out for a thicker one and the pendant will still rest the same.

I bought the heart pendant for my wife for mother's day. She loved it. It's very petite and dainty, and that is the style jewelry my wife prefers. The only criticism I may have is that the chain is a bit thin and fragile. As such, we went out and bought a new chain, but the pendant is very much worth the price.
